Context
Novable is an AI powered product scale-up. It helps large accounts identify start ups with innovation potential, worth investing, and yes the product is powered by AI, algorithms…
Novable people knows data, algorithms and traditional AI very well! But less the GenAI wave, even if almost all are using LLMs for small use cases here and there. The goal here : challenge a bit the team, explore new ideas, new tools, new ways of working with AI.
The question was is there a room for quick-win moves to allow leverages in the company operations?
Solution
A short format journey:
- We start with a 2 hours lunch
- Participants shared their experiences (success, failures, type of uses, questions, considerations…)
- We run few demos, tested few things (desk and screen sharing between us)
- Each participants identified 2 or 3 cases to explore
- Individual cessions :
- Few weeks after, each participant had an individual session of 30 to 60 minutes to expose his/her use cases, questions, assumptions.
- Team sharing and conclusions
- Finally each participants exposed 1 use case and open discussions on potential improvements and potential scaling to the team for wide adoption.
Results
- After few weeks following the journey:
- Mindset and discussion on AI and GenAI to power use cases is now the norm the starting point.
- Productivity up by 30% on most successful use cases.
- A strategic reflexion on the future of project has been initiated

Raphaël impressed me with his deep understanding of AI and the most impact full Use cases to support our Advisory practice and business development activities. We shared our prototypes, tests and ideas and without any préparation he has been able to give us technical and functional advises. Impressive ! and really helpful ✨️

Olivier B. COO @Novable
In the past few weeks, we had the chance to work with Raphael Thys to take a fresh look at how we use AI at Novable.
As an AI-based company, it may sound strange to embark on such a journey, but it's not because our product and services use the best of what AI can offer nowadays that we cannot continue to improve and stay curious, on each and every bit of the value chain.
Raphael’s approach was spot on: pragmatic, focused, and perfectly balanced between coaching and hands-on workshops. Some discussions were at geek-level +++, some absolutely not. In just a few sessions, we achieved real improvements that already show in our daily efficiency.
It’s rare to see such impact from such a compact collaboration, I strongly recommend the format!
Thank you Raphael for your clarity and energy. This was time very well invested.

Laurent K. CEO @Novable
I recently had the pleasure of joining a lunch talk with Raphael at our office (Novable) on how to effectively integrate and optimize AI in our daily work.
Raphael shared a wealth of practical insights and tools, making the session both engaging and highly informative. What stood out most was his thoughtful approach to problem-solving and how he continuously stays ahead of AI trends, which I find truly inspiring given how fast the field evolves.
I left the session with fresh perspectives and many ideas waiting to be executed. Highly recommend connecting with Raphael if you’re looking to bring more structure and efficiency into your AI-driven workflows.
