The skills abundance scarcity paradox

The pace of technological advances is disrupting the economical world at light speed, the economical activities are also transforming our environnement.

We are at a time where we are facing an automatisation a lot of tasks and a lots of jobs might be impacted and suppressed but in the meantime the remaining jobs will be increasingly more complex, more skills demanding and the skills will be more complex to have with the constant need to acquire new ones. These profiles will be harder to find and scarcer than ever.
