I've been working with Raph for many years now on various assignments. Raph took us recently through a Service Design workshop and we were extremely pleased to work with him to discover together what our clients really needed in terms of workflows. Raph is full of energy, very knowledgeable in terms of short- and long-term future, creative, realistic and was not afraid to go wild for some minutes but then managed each time to make us progress towards the essential. We have the next workshop tomorrow, I can't wait !
