IRISnet is entering a new phase where full digital transformation is required.
Not only the customer journey needs to be digitized enterily, but all the internal processes and tasks.
Members of the organisation are facing multiples tools of various nature (softwares, drives and documents, emails, …), making automation impossible, requiring multiple encoding and regular context switches and lack of notifications is slowing the end to end timing.
As we already developed all the support services and many back-end integration, adding the few missing one would be relatively simple and fast, the perfect opportunity to test a ne technology approach (IaaS, Paas, Front-end architecture, full stack applications….)
We only add to create a new PWA dedicated to internal services, with different needs, scenarios and profiles than the customer.
We proposed a different design, orientated for savvy users spending a lot of time every business day for dealing with various issues.
