Novable is an AI powered product scale-up. It helps large accounts identify start ups with innovation potential, worth investing, and yes the product is powered by AI, algorithms…
Novable people knows data, algorithms and traditional AI very well! But less the GenAI wave, even if almost all are using LLMs for small use cases here and there.
The goal here : challenge the team, explore new ideas, new tools, new ways of working with GenAI. Is there a room for quick-wins to allow leverages for the company?
Solution
A short format journey:
- A 2 hours lunch intro, to identify use cases.
- Individual cessions to help each participants, progress and explorer use cases.
- Team sharing and conclusions, see how to improve, go further and scale at team or organisation level.
Results
Beside the high satisfaction rate of the company’s leaders and the participants, there has been
+ 20% productivity gain on key tasks
In some key but repetitive tasks (representing up to 15% of the workload of the teams), the use cases experimented, revealed a huge potential not only to fasten the delivery of key outputs for customers, also improved the output quality, and made the work “more fun”.
Start strategic reflexion on potential product pivot
During the discussions and use cases experimentations, it allowed to also discover new products, features, and technologies that started a deep reflexion on market direction and how this could be an opportunity. It initiated a deep strategical thinking track at executive level.
