In the past few weeks, we had the chance to work with Raphael Thys to take a fresh look at how we use AI at Novable. As an AI-based company, it may sound strange to embark on such a journey, but it's not because our product and services use the best of what AI can offer nowadays that we cannot continue to improve and stay curious, on each and every bit of the value chain.
Raphael’s approach was spot on: pragmatic, focused, and perfectly balanced between coaching and hands-on workshops. Some discussions were at geek-level +++, some absolutely not. In just a few sessions, we achieved real improvements that already show in our daily efficiency. It’s rare to see such impact from such a compact collaboration, I strongly recommend the format!
