The digital transformation team just got moved within the marketing, in that context a digital channel strategy was requested. In collaboration with the digital transformation manager and their media agency, we started to work on the strategy.

 - Define and set up a prioritisation principle for initiatives
 - Progressive shift for initiatives from value stream driven approach to journey driven one
 - Creation of prompts library for supporting deliverables creation and evaluation of various initiatives
