As said in the post, each enterprise (size/sector/culture) has a different recipe to succeed the transformation. The example of corporates I have in mind have the culture and sector for them but Google, Netflix, Facebook are already adopting very different attitudes. Nevertheless it should have been far better designed and most of all, their launch strategy really killed the product.
